Quality Inn Springboro West

Location is great, and not too busy, breakfast adequate with many options, staff were best part very helpful and room itself was well furnished, clean, and well equipped.

Upper level vending machine stock was out and not refilled for a long period.

Spacious room, great bed and a good breakfast. Older facility that had a tasteful redo, quiet and peaceful night.

The overall experience was fantastic!!! The receptionist was Amanda and she was the best. Breakfast was alot for it to be free. Will be back to book a stay again real soon. Added bonus. 10 minutes from casino, did'nt know that when booking room.

Nothing!!

Bed very uncomfortable. Coffee pot very dirty. Bath tub wouldn't drain. remote to tv wouldn't work. Phones to front desk not working. Breakfast cold and items hard. Waffle maker only worked on one side. I would really like a refund!!! Never again! What happened to comfort Inn

The location was comfortable and unbeatable, for example, La Comedia Dinner Theatre was at a moderate distance from the hotel. Units on the ground level😃

I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. The staff is affable here, the services are excellent, and location is favourable close to easy to access to highway, grocery stores and the cafeteria.

We enjoyed the indoor pool and the fitness center after visiting nearby attractions like the University of Dayton and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The breakfast was solid with great waffles, although coffee could be refilled more often. Free parking was a nice perk too!

Room clean and comfortable

Even though reservations made months ahead of time, no ground floor rooms and NO ELEVATOR. Staff did not make any effort to check availability of ground floor room - did not seem to care. Renovations going on - no prior notice to guests.

I loved the beds;) and I also loved the staff there and the pool was amazing;) I would totally come back and stay again I had a great time

The staff was very kind and helpful , breakfast was good for the start of the day room was super plenty of room to move and not bumb each other bed was super comfortable overall great

Amazing hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, indoor swimming pool, and air conditioning. The staff even helped with a late check out on my first stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable trip!

Size of room, cleanliness excellent. Great price.

The beds were so comfortable, pillows, blankets. Just as good as my own bed.

The indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a long day of travel.

Housekeeping could improve as there were some leftover crumbs on the floor.

The staff were attentive and offered helpful recommendations, which enhanced my overall experience .

More accessibility features for seniors would be appreciated.
